Donations
The program is free. This is for anyone who wants to return the favour
AMBackup has no “pro” version, no licences and no hidden limits. If it saved your day or you simply like how it works, you can buy a coffee — or a few hours of development — through PayPal.
Donate with PayPal
Choose whatever amount feels fair. There is no subscription and no recurring charge: it is a one-off, voluntary payment.
The amounts are shortcuts: you can change them in PayPal before paying. Payment is completed on PayPal and we do not store card or payment details on this website.
Can't you donate?
You can also help by sharing AMBackup with someone whose disk is full, or by telling us about a bug at [email protected].

Questions about donating
Does donating unlock anything?
No. Everything is unlocked from the moment you install. Donating does not change any feature, does not remove warnings and does not give priority support: it is simply support for the project.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-off payment you make yourself from PayPal whenever you want. There are no recurring charges and no cancellations to manage.
Can I donate if I use AMBackup at work?
Yes, and it is appreciated. If you use it on several computers in a company, a donation in line with that use helps keep the project alive. There is no commercial licence and no obligation to buy anything.
Can I ask for a feature in return?
You can write in and suggest it; it is considered like any other idea. Donating does not guarantee that it will be implemented and does not create a deadline commitment.
Do I need a PayPal account?
To pay with PayPal, yes, or you can use the card payment PayPal offers without creating an account in many cases. We do not see or store your payment details.
Thank you, genuinely
Backup software is only worth something if someone trusts it. That you use it is already enough.
